Wouldn’t recommend for family with children

The breakfast was decent, really. It had a lot of options, like fresh fruits and waffles, who doesn't like waffles, right? And the reception staff was surprisingly friendly, which is hard to find sometimes.

But let me tell you. it wasn’t exactly cheap for what we got.

This place had a nice hot tub and the pool looked inviting. I loved how every room had a full kitchen. The location was spot on, just a quick drive from the beaches. Felt really at home with the comfy setup and full kitchen.

my family and i loved our stay at homewood suites. our double studio was spacious, with two double beds and a kitchen, perfect for our needs. the location was spot on—close to siesta key beach, a nearby publix, and plenty of restaurants. the included breakfast was a nice surprise, and we enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor pool after a long day. the staff was super friendly and helpful!

I enjoyed my stay this time more than my last visit in sarasota. The queen studio was spacious, and having a fully equipped kitchen exceeded my expectations. The location made it easy to explore nearby restaurants and the pool area was relaxing after a day out.

The location was ideal for my business meetings, being conveniently close to various restaurants and shops. The staff provided excellent service, offering assistance when necessary, which made my work trip more efficient. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise, featuring a good variety of options.

The room we got didn’t quite hit the mark—seemed like it could use a serious upgrade with some peeling paint, chipped furniture, and overly loud air conditioning to match. The elevator was out of order, forcing us to take the stairs, which isn’t ideal when you're on the higher floors. Also, the outdoor pool hours felt pretty restrictive. 8:30 a.m. is too late to jump in on a sunny day, and the decor inside felt drab and outdated, less welcoming than I hoped.

It was just a prime choice for a weekend pause in Sarasota with extraordinarily good value for money. The suite had a great little kitchen, making it easy to prep snacks and meals during our stay. Watch out for tricky road access when heading left out of the hotel.
